From Blank Canvas to a Story in Color: My Creative Process

by | Jun 4, 2025 | Behind the Art

No two processes are ever the same. But it always begins in the same place: a blank canvas and quiet space.

I often begin with a feeling. Sometimes after listening to music, finishing a book, or just sitting in silence. I don’t usually sketch — I just start. Letting the brush move freely, letting the colors meet without logic.

After a few layers, something begins to appear. I can’t always explain it, but I can feel when a piece starts to breathe.

For me, it’s never about producing a perfect artwork — it’s about being honest while creating. That’s why each painting feels like a memory I didn’t know I had.

And strangely, I often forget how it all started. What stays is the feeling.

Some of the prints you see in the shop are results of that silent process. They’re not just decorations — they’re fragments of an inner journey, captured on canvas and shared with the world.
